This beautiful little blue cattle dog is Lucy. She is 7 mos old and a real sweetie. Lucy is however deaf. This is a somewhat common problem with cattle dogs but they are by nature so attentive and smart training a deaf cattle dog is very easy. She is currently with an experienced foster and she has learned sit, down, and come so she is getting on the right track. She will need a very secure fenced yard and there are the obvious problems with having a deaf dog so the new family will need to make a commitment to keeping her safe. She really likes men and is good with kids and other dogs. Don't know about cats. Other than not hearing she is a normal cattle dog, Lots of energy and a desire to please.
